Building Projects

Campia Romania Project

Our first building project in Romania began in a little village called Pescari in 2006. Our home church (Empire PHC) funded the money that bought a house, barn and six acres of land to start a I. P.H. Church in this village. After much thought we decided to take the old barn and convert it into a church. Ronnie lead a team from LifePoint Ministries (formerly Ga. Conference) to Pescari. They were able to get the walls closed in and the inside completed with sheetrock and dried in. Oct. of 2009, another team from LifePoint Ministries returned to help with some finishing touched that needed to be done before this church could be ready for the villagers to start worshiping in. But due to the volcano erupting in Iceland our team was stranded in Milan, Italy. With much diliberation Ronnie and Timotei Bulzan decided to travel to Milan from Budapest to retrieve our team. When they arrived in Budapest at the RDC where David and Linda Fanin lived the team began to do some work on the RDC building. Our team never made it to Pescari that year to work on the church. In June of 2013 the Pescari Church had their dedication service. We give God all the praise and honor.

Inand Romania Project

In October of 2010, a team from the LifePoint Ministries Conference in Georgia, led by Joey Dixon came to Campia, Romania to build a church. This team worked along side Pastor Vasille and the Nationals to erect the walls and put the roof on. Each day the team worked diligent and at night some of the team members would minister in different villages sharing the Word of God. It was a blessing each day to see many from the village to stop by the constrution site to see what the Americans were doing. People would come and stand there and look at the building and raise their hands and praise the Lord. Many women would come by and give the team buckets of grapes, fresh cow's milk, walnuts, eggs and figs. They did not have much but they would give you their best. One woman invited the ladies to come and stay at her home. The ladies on the team had the opportunity to go across the street and pray for a woman whose husband had died from a heart attack. One of the team members went across the street and did CPR until the ambulance arrived, but the gentleman did not make it. It's not just about building churches.....it's about building relationships among the nationals. We may never know what impact we made that day by just showing someone that we cared enough to pray. In October of 2011 the church was dedicated to the Lord. We give God all the praise and glory.....for if it was not for Him and the team from LifePoint Ministries and a generous donor who gave $10,000 dollars for this project, it would not have happened. God provided the right team and the right donor at just the right time...His time!

Between 2013-2014, Ronnie and I raised $30,000 towards the Inand Church Building Project. During the Summer of 2014 the nationals were able to dig and pour the foundation, and lay the block for the walls. In September 2014, Ronnie led a team from the LifePoint Ministries and Cornerstone Conference to help with some to the construction. The team worked along side the nationals each day to get the rafters on the church. Everyday kids from the village would stop by and watch as the work was being done.....the team would give candy to the children and have the pictures made with memebers of the team. Before the team arrived Ronnie, Marvin and Kathy Goodnight and Colon Faulkenbery visited the church in Pescari and Campia to see how they were progressing. They also visited  with Pastor Badea Mircea who runs a Hospice type house. This pastor and his wife built onto the home and take in terminally ill patients who have no family to look after them. They provide care and meals for thoe who are there and minister to their spritual needs as well as their physical. The team prayed for each person and gave them a prayer scarf before they left. There as so many needs in Romania and wish that we could provide help for every one of them.....but as the Lord leads we will do what we can. Pray for the Inand Church and the Hopsice House that God will proived the finincial needs that they will need.
